과천문화원에서 제작하는 과천동과 주암동 마을지에 들어가는 항공 사진을 촬영했습니다.
좁은 서울을 확장하는 과정에서 많은 부분이 사라지고 변형되고 바뀌는 과정을 거치게 되는데요,
과천도 몇일 촬영하면서 보니까 참 좋은 곳이라는 생각이 들었습니다.
나는 과천을 경마장이나 과학관 서울대공원이 있는곳이고 , 정부 청사 건물이 관악산 아래로 있는 곳이라고 그정도 생각을 했었는데 구석구석 다니면서 살펴보니 바로 개울하나만 건너고 도로 하나만 건너면 서울의 번화가인 강남인데 여기는 아직도 도시의 화려함 보다는 농촌의 순박함과 고느넉함을 곱게 간직하면서 살아가는 그런 곳이었습니다.
